      Pros

      The pro of this place is they’ve got inflated ego to think they are one of the best hospital in Michigan or the us.

      Cons

      * Terrible mean nurse- I watched a team of Nurses bully a patient overnight and the patient was vulnerable and helpless and couldn’t say or do much, such as sad situation * CNA’s are gossipy and cliquey. It makes no sense to be at the bottom of the barrel in healthcare and still look down on your colleagues.

      Like the people I work with.

      Cons

      Been here 30 years and not at the top of the pay scale. Now HR will not tell you what the top of the pay scale is. Cancel call paid but still want us to come in if needed.
