Worst hospital to work for in Saginaw

There is nothing positive about working in the spd unit at Saginaw. The management /brandi needs to be fired.

Cons

Every one gossips, but you don’t, and you are the one that gets written up, because you tell the boss about your concerns about the other employees gossiping and tattling on you, and you don’t even do anything wrong, but work your tail off daily. Brandi has favorites and those favorites are the ones who gossip and stand in the corner talking instead of working. But, do they ever get in trouble, oh of course they don’t. Brandi treated me differently then other employees. One day im told im a good employee, then the next week im told im not a good employee. So which is it?!!!?? Don’t work here , you’ll quit within 6 months because the work place is so toxic and no one cares about you and your mental health!
