Great benefits, my boss is absolutely fantastic.

Cons

Administration is such that someone who has no idea what my job is tells me how to do my job. My boss also told me to call security once which I did. Then the higher up administration told me I shouldn’t have done that even though the concerning party lunged at a young girl in the waiting room. This really minimized patient and staff safety. I also feel like office culture is such that APPs need to “understand their place” in respecting physicians.
