Good health insurance coverage especially within the health system, most managers are pretty understanding. Annual raises based on years performance is a plus

Large volume of referrals, busy no matter where you go. Always new patients, making the patient to staff ratio difficult due to always being short staffed

Excellent nurse/patient ratios, never mandated, non-union, competitive pay

Cons

Expensive cafeteria with not so great food, bring your lunch. Changing positions within the hospital system is slow and delayed. HR makes you apply internally on site, system does not allow to apply from home if you are current employee
