New building and coworkers in the cardio department are great.

Cons

Management is horrible. The pay is not worth it at all with how high the workload is and how much management puts on their employees. The hours for EPs are not great either with working 12s on weekends and on holidays to basically do Ekg’s for the whole hospital. EPs are treated as Ekg techs. Employee opinions are not taken seriously and are constantly put on the back burner.

Great company to work for. My experience has consistently been one of feeling that my opinion and needs matter, despite it being such a large corporation

Cons

They expect a high level of workplace and outside-of-work integrity, which is fine with me but I know has rankled a bit with others in the past.
