Pros

You pick your own schedule, recognition is shown in beginning growth and celebrated, managers AND higher leadership are here for you and not just the company.

Cons

Leads can be rough sometimes, hard to learn to communicate with different employees because texting is not always clear.

Pros

LI really enjoy working here. My team is supportive, my coworkers are genuinely great people, and my manager is someone I appreciate most of the time. The culture is chill and the day-to-day is usually manageable. Overall, it’s a solid place to work if you like a good team environment and don’t mind picking up things through hands-on experience

Cons

Training could definitely be improved. it’s more of a ‘learn as you go type of job but once you get the hang of it, things make a lot more sense. Work-life balance can get tough during AEP, but that’s expected with the industry

Pros

Every manager is there to make sure you succeed. Even though we work from home it does not feel like it we are always in contact with each other. The pay is extremely fair you get hourly and commission. House are very good as well.
