Pros
Do not know but they are a growing company that evidently doesn't know what common decency is. My motto is "treat others as you would like to be treated," but this company does not follow this creed. If one has an interview, LET THE INTERVIEWEE KNOW WHAT THEIR STATUS IS AND THE COMPANY'S DECISION, whether it is good or bad. It is common sense, right?!?!
Cons
I interviewed at this company in September of 2021. Interview went very well (I thought) and I sent the interviewer a "Thank you for the interview" AS WELL AS 2 FOLLOW-UP EMAILS indicating that I was still interested in the position, and this company did not even have the decency to respond to my inquiries. If you have an interview, I feel like it is common decency to get some type of reply as to their decision. I had wanted to accept this position if it was offered, but wouldn't even THINK of working for a company that treats people like this. I thought that most people knew about common decency and such, but evidently I am wrong. I've been pessimistically enlightened.
