Great long term employees that work very hard with no direction. Owners provide a lot of inventory to sell to customers.

Cons

No direction (goals) from owners or division mangers. No appreciation for the sacrifices that dedicated employees have to accept in order to get the job done. If you are not family or a long term protected employee then you are always on the chopping block no matter how much success you have or profitable your branches are.
