      Pros

      Amazing company to work for. Great benefits and they want to see their employees grow in their career paths. Great management.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little better. They are hiring external candidates with minor experience what almost the same wage as candidates with a lot more experience.

      Pros

      Myriad offers good health benefits, an onsite gym, healthy food options, and tuition reimbursement for their employees. decent pay as well.

      Cons

      Very little value unless you're higher up in management, or a more "valuable" department. very little value to the employees shown through ability to move up in the company, get raises, promotions, etc. after 3 years of work, there has been very little opportunity for advancement. Management is under trained, and often expects their employees to pick up the slack for jobs they aren't paid for.

      Pros

      Good culture. Good people to work with. I always found management happy to help me improve and refine my skills.

      Cons

      Growth in the position I was in seemed to be fairly limited. There was not much turnover (which may actually have been a good thing)
