      Pros

      This specific Division has feel of start up. Plan has been achievable. Unlimited budget.

      Cons

      Company is cheap. Only reimburse miles (no car allowance), Pay is below industry standard for Oncology sales force. Any pharma role pays significantly more, and even many other genetics companies.Responsibilities of role have expanded well beyond AE title without proper compensation or recognition. Not much collaboration across divisions.

      Pros

      Learned a lot about genetic testing. Worked with a lot of physician offices, account executives, and patients. Understand new insurances and the criteria for the testing.

      Cons

      The company is all about metrics, does not care about employee's well being or over working the employee. Too easy to get confidential information violations.

      Pros

      This company is a leader in high-throughput molecular diagnostics. I have been treated very well in my career development. I have been exposed to a variety of different molecular diagnostic processes during my short time here.

      Cons

      They call it work. Even if they called it fun, it would still be work. In all honesty there are very few things I would change about this company.
