Cons
Company currently seems to be falling apart. They are making it harder to reach quota goals which results in less commission. There is no transparancy from managers to their team about internal issues or struggles, we have to find out through other peple. Nothing seems to be good enough to my manager no matter how muck work is put in. We are definitely micromanaged and underpaid, pretty much on a teachers salary. There is NO room for growth in this company, inside sales representatives who want to explore career options within the company are denied and not hired for the position. Outside representatives and regional business managers see the inside sales team as a joke. I personally feel undervalued.
