This is a a place you can hide if you are not confident in your abilities and afraid to work at a real sales driven organization. You can be a lifer here and do nothing.
Cons
Never have I worked in a sales role where you sell something and it's not yours. Inter divisional nonsense and politics tin rampant. This drives bad behavior. Here you make a kill and the vultures circle trying to feed off your sales. Compensation is well below market. If your a talented salesperson don't work here. There are meeting about meetings about nothing. Antiquated sales tracking with Salesforce. Higher priority placed on putting fake sales calls into the system than working.
