Pros

If you are a people person and want to be part of a growing dynamic team that is passionate about what they do, then this is the place for you. If you are a hard worker and take pride in your work, it is noticed, appreciated and rewarded. It is a very open, relaxed friendly environment where employees work well together and management's door is always open..

Cons

The benefits package offered to the employees can be a little steep-depending on which level of coverage you need. But, we are covered by an excellent insurance plan, and for most people, it is worth the cost.

Pros

Great company culture with strong and knowledgeable senior management. They don't just order you around with no guidance, they lead you to success. Also, there is plenty of communication and hard work is recognized. You won't be lost in a sea of cubicles. I only see one direction for this company and it's up.

Cons

The company is not an easy ride though. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. You reap the seeds you sow.

Flex time (kinda), great atmosphere, command your own salary, control your destiny, and don't hate going to work.

Cons

Rome wasn't built in a day...which is a tough pill to swallow working in the tech industry where everything comes and goes in a NY minute.
