Pros

Myriad is an excellent place to learn about the IT industry. Management is competent and caring and takes the time to show you the ropes. Flexible work schedule makes for an perfect work/life balance. Great reputation in the IT industry. Staff is passionate about what they do and the company they work for. Fun and frequent office parties at great bars and restaurants around the city. CEO and middle managers are hand-on but don't micro-manage. All around excellent environment.

Cons

There are very few cons to working at Myriad but if I have to name one, the office could use a better male/female balance.

Pros

Great company culture with strong and knowledgeable senior management. They don't just order you around with no guidance, they lead you to success. Also, there is plenty of communication and hard work is recognized. You won't be lost in a sea of cubicles. I only see one direction for this company and it's up.

Cons

The company is not an easy ride though. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. You reap the seeds you sow.

Over the last 4+ years I've watched as the company has exploded in terms of size, revenue, profitability and international footprint. Extremely easy to get behind CEO Andy Fisher's indelible vision. All the tools to be successful within this organization are available to you.

Cons

Work / life balance can be blurry as a large investment is expected by management. The rewards are there for those willing to invest however.
