We've just hired a full-time, in-house sales trainer, and we are always on the lookout for career development and education opportunities inside and outside of the office, which we are happy to pay for in full for all employees. You make a good point about Myriad as a resume builder - we're not well very known outside of our industry. Within the IT Solution Provider industry, among IT Professionals, and among the major network and systems infrastructure manufacturers, Myriad's name carries a lot of weight. More importantly though, our goal at Myriad is to provide exciting learning & career growth opportunities within the organization, so members of our team don't have to think about updating their resumes, ever. Growing at 30%+ per year, we're able to do this fairly consistently, but there's always room to improve.
