Obstinate CEO disregards employee input, leaving staff over worked and undervalued
Pros
One thing I can definitely day about this company is that they pay their employees well. I was always happy with my salary and never felt like I was being underpaid. It's definitely a positive aspect of the job.
Cons
It was particularly frustrating to recall my time working for the CEO of this company, as their obstinacy was only compounded by a host of other negative qualities. The CEO seems to be largely indifferent to feedback and input from employees, rendering many of our efforts and suggestions irrelevant. To make matters worse, the company was consistently understaffed, leaving us overworked and under-resourced. Perhaps most discouraging of all, however, was the rude and dismissive demeanor that the CEO often displayed towards staff members. It was disheartening to feel as though our contributions were not valued, and to be met with such disregard on a regular basis.
