Pros
People are wonderful to work with, benefits were great pre-pandemic, work life balance was good. Decent culture.
Cons
Many benefits cut post pandemic. Salaries low, many promises under delivered and deadlines missed, no revenue after many years in biz. 50% of jobs cut. Really harsh to be let go after told we were in a good place and minimal to no severance to assist after 4 years invested working for them. Really sad to see this is how employees are treated. While I understand the financial hardship, the let go was harsh.
