Good company for IT Consulting

Pros

I was with this company for last 7 yrs. Never had any major issues other than some benefits administration delays. Very friendly operations team and marketing team. Green card filing was very fast. Nice company to stay for long time.

Cons

Benefits team is very slow in teaching me for 401k. I would have joined long back if they approached and me properly.
