Weekly pay, text communication available

Cons

Low pay rate. It takes long to for changes to your account to be completed. To many people to have to communicate with rather than just having one manager.

The day I dropped my laptop off never to return!

First of all the culture in office is HORRIBLE! You would think it wouldn’t be so divisive given the fact that the office Plano office is in America. Additionally, the hierarchy here is insane. No real managers/VPs etc. Just glorified account managers that they hire to do the admin work and vendor meetings that the real leadership team doesn’t want to do. No resources… Broken down ATS… Over promised, and under delivered. Not to mention, unfair wages. Do yourself a favor and just don’t. It’s a shame I have to seek legal counsel after working here.
