Friendly approachable co-workers from senior management to down. I have been new to the industry but never realized the same as i work with the manager and colleagues who are very co-operative and helping. They also provide you the training and so many learning materials which will help you to move next in your career.

Cons

Work life is good and that is what a employer seek for. So, there is no bane.
