Management is very transparent They are always there to listen to your problems and work towards providing solutions. Higher management is amazing. They listen to the problems and find solutions.

Cons

its mostly overnight shifts as we working in USA working hours

In the hard times of COVID too, N2S think about the employees first. Great to have a leader like our CEO Ashish Garg. I like everything about my job, my colleagues are very helpful and so is my manager Reena Garg.

Cons

Not much, already taken care by HR.
