There are no Pros here.

The company have zero future advancements and not employee-centric. There are a bunch of fake commitments and dreams, the upper management manipulates in every possible stage & instance. I had a worse experience in my life with company I put soul and hard work that didn't paid off, There are very limited business on top of that herd of fools. Nepotism is on top of upper management where unqualified professionals pretendes to be a knowledgeable. They offers higher pay but then in short period of time they willingly set impossible banchmark to achieve it with no resources. I'd recommend to work with any SME or small oraganization or sit without work (if there are no options) instead of joining NET2SOURCE (N2S)/ BE AWARE!!!
