      Pros

      The pay is better than most local companies and so are the benefits. The declared company culture is nice.

      Cons

      Unconfirmed cronyism, ineffectual HR, under educated management, high turnover rate, seems disorganized at times, inconsistent distribution of information, no clear direction for staff members at times, claims salary but pays like hourly with no overtime, can't seem to maintain consistent leadership staff (high turnover there too)
