Decent mangers,decent coworkers, Decent job

Cons

The manager of 3 of the 5 stores are terrible to work for, want way to much work for what you get paid. Not a liveable wage. Bad Healthcare, very little pto. Clear favorites, New ideas not welcome

Enjoyable when you do your hired job

Cons

You are hired for sales, but spend 1/2 or more of your time building new stores moving parts, unloading trucks, redoing stores, inventory upgrades while neglecting your Jobbers/Dealers. All while being held accountable for sales metrics while not making sales.
