Pros

At the right locations the people can be a great thing to be around; whether they’re retail customers or even your coworkers. Being able to try and help brings me some satisfaction, and even can make the customers appreciate it. Which in turn can make them come back.

Cons

Some customers don’t exactly want to act very civil, but that’s the usual. Or sometimes the retail floor can be flooded with customers when you don’t have enough workers to assist them.
