Pros

I did get my management expirience from napa and the company is great for people starting off in the auto industry to learn and move up the ranks. But management only lets you move up to a certain point until they block you from growing. And always blames you on mistakes done by management.

Cons

Management they micromanage and also don't know how to run stores. Focus more on Gross margin than on growing the company. Instead of getting new accounts and servicing the old accounts in a timely manner they minimize the over time and work force so people over work themselves.
