Generous staff discount on personal parts

Cons

Harassment and bullying is commonplace. If you defend yourself or complain about it the matter goes nowhere. Profits over people. When possible, women are paid less than men for doing the same job. No room for advancement unless you're part of the popular clique.

Pros

Well established company that has been around for 100 years. The people in the stores are amazing and in the DC as well.

Cons

Having to go through two re-orgs back to back (1 year apart) is brutal and nerve wracking. Still a boys club and people do not want to change.
