Pros

Nearly always hiring, flexible hours, pay is ok.

Cons

Sexist beyond belief. Its amazing they're not drowning in law suits for the way they treat women in the work place. HR is a joke and it can take serious effort to fix one of their mistakes. Managers are expected to be robots who can work 16 hour days if needed with out help, because its easier than allocating staff from other stores who aren't struggling.
