Good company with bad management

Pros

Good benefit, good hourly wadge, vacations and 401k

Cons

If you made a little mistake they are ready to point the finger at you and have you in trouble. Managers are unfair, have preferences (even buy lunches to employees that don't do anything and just waste time) and lack in appreciation, doesn't matter if you work hard and do good things, if you are not one of the preferred employees then forget a THANK YOU.

Going to shops meeting great people

Cons

In the store that i work at manager is knowledgeable about products . Though terrible in communication with employees. Only communicates with employees he wants to. Alot of upper management is this way . Though CEO is not .
