      Pros

      I heard you can make decent money if you dish it out. Not open late evenings. Very casual work environment (could be a con)

      Cons

      moves managers around like seasonal inventory, I had 3 in 8 months extremely disorganized from top down store management complains about inventory loss but does nothing about it when issues brought up does not care about employees manager would stand propping door open while smoking, customers had to walk through the door this way only saw district manager twice

      Pros

      Fellow employees have been great peers. Most are eager to help. There will always be difficult customers to deal with, but the majority have been great which makes you want to help that much more. Have made many new friends amongst our customers.

      Cons

      Reduced all part-time working hours while raising qualifying hours in order to cut all part-time employee healthcare benefits. For the most part have stopped hiring full-time employees, especially in the neighborhood stores. Believe the main reason is to keep from paying any benefits. Forgot when last received any type of a raise. Delivery Drivers are the least paid, often required to use vehicles in need of repair and work in unsafe stores.
