Pros

The job was not overly mentally or physically demanding, and most of the time it was easy to see my hard work help the business.

Cons

While working at NAPA Auto Parts I worked with some rough individuals. Additionally, there was not much room for advancement, other than moving to a new location.

Pros

Variety. You never know where to deliver to next. A lot to keep you busy every day. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Never could seem to be fast enough to satisfy customers. They always wanted parts delivered yesterday or faster. Very poor training program and even failed to inform me of company name chages. Literally expected me to be able to read their minds.

Pros

Felt welcomed by my peers and colleagues and really helped get through some tough shifts. Learned alot that I can take with me for my future endeavors.

Cons

Work life balance can be difficult during busy times. Some customers are difficult to deal and they really test your patience. All in all the experience was still pretty good.
