      Pros

      Good people to work with. There is a wealth of knowledge to be tapped into from the old timers that work at Napa. They know everything about everything. They can actually give you solutions to problems, unlike the Autozone counter folk.

      Cons

      If sales are down, upper management treats employees like trash, if sales are up, you are a hero. This would be ok if you actually controlled any aspect that drove sales. Prices are a bit higher then the competition, granted the quality is much higher at napa. Selling this idea to customers is quite difficult.

      Pros

      People are friendly, remodeling as of summer 2016 and headquarters is moving into a new building.

      Cons

      Very slow to change, wants to be a progressive company, but has very old school thinking. Difficult to make progress. Better for followers than leaders. Only a few top executives make decisions and everyone else is expected to follow.

      Large Company with a "Small Company" Feel - Great!

      Pros

      NAPA Auto Parts is a large company, with a "small company" feel. Employees are treated fairly, and receive personal attention from management, which can often times be lost in a company of this size. The benefits are some of the best in the industry, and cover everything from healthcare to discounts on cell phone service. Great to work for a company that takes care of employees, and offers opportunities for advancement. I personally started as a delivery driver while in college, and have been able to work my way up the ranks since graduation - reaching the level Division management in less than 10 years. If you work hard, and want to work for a company that will reward your hard work, has countless employment opportunities nationwide, and is secure - look no further!

      Cons

      Increased competition from new channels, but that helps to keep us on our toes. Other than that, I cannot think of any at this time.
