Pros

Control your own income as commission outside sales representative.

Cons

Soon to not control your own income, company too worried about cutting expenses and personnel instead of fixing the problem, no people no sales no profit.

Pros

There is alot of pros, this is the best job I've ever had. I've worked for Napa for 2 years and in that time moved from part time driver to full time dispatcher. They take care of their employees.

Cons

Can't really think of any cons, been there 2 years and met alot of good people and moved up pretty quick.

Pros

Napa starts you out with 11-13 an hour, employee discount is 50%, benefits are not that high, that match 401k dollar for dollar. I've only been working for less then a year.

Right now I have nothing bad to say
