I work for an independent. It is a great company with great support. Given independence to make my store succeed and the support to do so.

Pros

It's a great company to work for, salaries are compensated for the right person for each position, informational meetings up to date approach. NAPA is the company we work for, not upper management.

Cons

Poor district management style. The Mr. Know it all approach new to a district from another State, no open door policy at that level, not enough knowledge to answer co workers valid questions
