Good schedules Good Communication Good HR and store manager

Cons

Assistants managers are often not capable of accurately performing jobs without high stress or errors when left in charge. Don’t listen and demean staff.

Free lunch, get off at 2 day before holiday

Cons

Every one is out to get every one else. Supervisor could care less about department; only cares about his next career move. Current systems do not work together which causes huge issues.
