Pros

Napa Auto Parts has private and corporate stores. Corporate employees get paid good and have excellent benefits. You can move up very fast if you work hard.

Cons

There is a lot of competition for advancement and other companies.

Starting pay is better than normal. Healthcare plan is excellent.

Unless you come in starting in management, you cannot move up.

Pros

Promote within company, Full-Time and lots of overtime.(average 135 hours per 2 weeks)

Cons

No raises since promotion. HUGE work load, very little time to afford to go at a "slow steady pace". I've had to learn most things involving the computer system NAPA uses without help. Researching the web and asking other works at NAPA has been the source I most often use to learn how to do things.
