Pros

Working with good people. Opportunity to develop relationships with customers. Training was very well done.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth. Very, very few incentives to perform well and get results.

Pros

Management is stupid so the slackers in the IT department can get away with murder.

Cons

Poor education for IT department employees/contractors. Also the people at the top of this pyramid make all the money, if you don't believe me look at the public records.

Pros

Easy entry. No background checks, no drug testing. Most employees are amiable. Most positions pay hourly and getting fired can is almost impossible with a do little attitude.

Cons

Horrible pay. Long hours. Hard work will not be appreciated and will most likely go unnoticed. Almost non existent benefits. Would not recccomend to anyone I care about unless they were desperate for a job.
