great management--always pushing for self advancement and empowerment. great online learning tools, lots of room for advancement

not much overtime. a lot of dead wood employees that need to be sacked

Great family oriented company to work for, you have an opportunity to grow if you put in the effort. Overall, is a great place with great support from staff and co workers. Each day is always a learning experience with Napa Auto Parts brands.

Cons

Only setback is advancement, it can be a bit about favoritism and who likes who within the company, but overall it's good.
