Pros

The job is fast paced most of the time so it goes by quickly. The pay is good for what you are doing. Some of the people you work with are great. If you are fast you have the opportunity to make a customers day good.

Cons

They have a hard time keeping good employees. However, NAPA can change between stores very much because how their Store ownership is set up.

Pros

It is great because you learn something new everyday. Its great people interaction and you never get bored, there is always something to do.

Cons

its hard because you have to memorize a lot of line codes, and its a lot of work for the pay. You are also on your fet constantly.
