Pros

Good, diverse training in the automotive aftermarket. Opportunities to bid on other jobs within the company. Fairly good wage for hourly folks. Poor to fair wage for salaried people.

Cons

Very stressful environment.. Long hours and no work/life balance for salaried employees. Hourly people's hours get cut and shifted to temp or part-time employees due to Obama Care health insurance requirements. Being a publicly owned company means they must make the financial reports look good, and they do whatever is necessary to make it so. HR is not always aware of systemic negative personnel issues. It is still a good-old-boys network.

Pros

Worked at a Napa in a small town. Got to know and form relationships with many of the locals. Also gained knowledge on vehicles and parts.

Cons

Driving the same routes everyday sometimes got boring. Lots of time spent behind the wheel and on the road but overall wasn't that bad.
