Pros

Company offers a wonderful benefits package and education reimbursement. Quarterly team meetings are informative and engaging. Provide a good platform for sharing ideas, successes and challenges.

Cons

Difficult to advance career. Middle management runs scarred and is not very inventive. Upper management is more worried about change than embracing change. Need to have a vision greater than 90 days in the future.

Pros

I had the best customers in the world. They were not only customers they became like family. My counterparts were also friends.

Cons

Motivation by intimidation. Management of DC treats you like they own you. Constant brow beating, they have no plan, no professionalism at all. They use professional sales people to move stores and build shelves as if they are temp labor. If the upper management like Mr.Gallagher knew how they did things he'd clean house.
