Old-school corporation that pays the bills.

Pros

Gets interesting when someone needs a non-traditional solution to a problem. For example, today I helped a landscaper plug some nozzles on a salt sprayer. Tried rubber caps, didn't fit. went thru a few ideas til we went to the brass fitting section. Used 1/4" NPT plugs that fit like they were made for it. Problem solved, customer satisfied.

Cons

Mostly corporate drudgery. Also, stores in my region are run on bare minimum of staff. Burn out is common. They're also seem to not trust technology.

Pros

Napa has outstanding benefits 5 day work week off weekends you are basically your own boss have nothing bad to say about them

Cons

working 10 to 12 hours per shift salary basis is tough for a family man with children or a person who wishes to spend time with this family
