Pros

Good pay and fair work load for Delivery Drivers and Counter Sales staff. Work and hours are predictable. Store employees are friendly as are most customers.

Cons

Management is stressed and under a lot of pressure to meet sales goals each month. Politics and policies with upper management bring down my review a notch. Corporate needs to support store employees more when dealing with customer complaints. The customer isn't always right.

Pros

Long history of success, give the impression that they are looking to change with the times. Average pay for the work required and hours are decent. Loyal to employees.

Cons

Slow to actually change. Upper management vs store management seems to be a recurring theme. Loyal to employees, to a fault.

People, cars, flexibility. Could take off when needed. Enjoyed helping others and being in the automotive environment.

Cons

Pay was very lo. Benefits were mediocre. Had to work holidays and weekends. Promotions were hard to come by.
