Corporate does not seem to listen to feedback from employees at the retail level. I don't know if its all stores, but It often ships more stock to stores than there is reasonable space, which creates safety hazards. On that note it seems that OSHA safety rules are generally not enforced or regulated. And it often creates more work than can reasonably be handled by the given number of employees on any given day. The overall pay range is not very competitive at all. And any incentives to motivate employees are purely to drive sales, such as a promotional quota of a given product. However, the goal to drive sales yet paying employees often times non-livable wages seems a little unfair. Lastly, not a fan of their highly conditional eligibility for healthcare benefits. Again it just makes the company look more interested in the bottom line when not all employees get the benefits.
