none for an IT person would not recommend this place to anyone

Cons

formal dress code, men must wear ties, even in IT No work from home minimal benefits pay is under market The biggest software project in the company is outsourced to a third party software development company in another state. IT dept is for integration work and supporting of legacy software. Nothing new and interesting to work on.

Pros

Adequate merchandise, some workers and stores good.

Cons

Human resource ethics are biased and just as unethical. Liars and cut throat. Operations manager and team non communicative and harassing to females. Verbally abusive and not consistant with rules and alter them purposefully to upset. Conspiring and totally unethical within their operations managers and some lead folks within that store abusive.
