benefits, great pay, ableness to move up the ranks, the fringe benefits are really nice

Well established system. Locations around the country.

Cons

Never Any Parts Available... Inventory is not well maintained in surrounding DCs.. Consistanly outsourcing parts to keep sales in-house. No rewards for hard work. Those who do little collect the same as those who genuinely care and strive for customer satisfaction, while doing others' job duties. Also, "employee pricing" is a joke, not much of a benefit in comparison to wholesale accounts.
