Pros

It is a solid company. you don't have to worry if your paycheck will bounce. There is room for advancement within the company.

Cons

If you don't give up everything for the company you won't have opportunities to advance. It is definitely a "good ol' boys club".

Pros

Had great relationships with the shops I delivered to. Friendly people. HR is great. Stocking and driving around is really all you do as a driver and it's as about easy and you can get.

Cons

Some awful employees, and management that won't stick up for themselves.

Cons

Tends to be a field vs. headquarters mentality. Systems are outdated. Tend to hold on to underperformers based on loyalty alone. Creates resentment in some areas.
