      Independent work environment. Nice customers.

      Cons

      Quotas are decided by supervisors feelings rather than a true formula. This creates favoritism and fit others an impossible environment to succeed. Expect impossible expectations and zero accountability. As long as you don't complain about being in a place that will never rerward you for hard work but will continue to give everything you have to the job then this might be a good fit for you. If you like to work hard and be rewarded for your hard work then don't work here.

      No rates Next to no disciplinary action Easy going staff

      Cons

      Management does not care or manage anyone No standards to follow or abide by New changes generally don’t improve conditions for most employees No air ventilation or circulation, outstandingly dusty throughout building Managers seem afraid to actually manage people Unsafe work environment, powered lifts assume right-of-way and approach employees at full speed. No separation between employees and powered equipment. Lift drivers regularly crash into carts and other objects to move them from their path. Honestly shocking this location has not been audited and penalized by OSHA
