I'm sure there are pros but cant think of any.

Cons

Napa is unfortunately one of the companies that has lost their way. They were a company based on experience, customer care, and great service. Little by little they have been chipped away at and now are just a shell of what they used to be. They have ran good people into the ground and stretched those who are left so thin that they cant do the job right. They have gone away from a model that provides the customer with real understanding of the problems they face and have turned themselves into a company that only cares about the most profit for the least amount of care.
