      Pros

      The environment and coworkers in-store are some of the best I've had.

      Cons

      Highest turnover anywhere I've worked or consulted. Upper management refuses to give raises until employees put out in 2 weeks. Management will say anything to keep you, but never follow up with promises. Worst benefits of any company I've been at.

      Being trained by people who don’t train, being lied to, being left alone in understaffed store for hours, discrimination due to gender and age
